HOW IT WORKS

From script to rehearsal in three steps.

No complicated setup. Bring the scene, choose your part, and start speaking.

1
PDFTXTPaste

Add your script

Type, paste, or import selectable PDF and plain-text scripts.

2
MYouT

BUILT FOR REAL PRACTICE

A study tool that keeps the scene moving.

Bring your script

Paste or type dialogue, import TXT files, or extract selectable text from PDFs.

Choose your role

Review detected characters, pick who you play, and include or exclude other roles.

Practice out loud

Hear every cue, speak your line, and let on-device speech matching keep the scene moving.

Review real progress

See accuracy, pacing, completion, response time, and missing or changed words.

MEMORIZE YOUR WAY

See the line. Cover it when you’re ready.

Start with the complete current line in large, readable type. Hide it for memory practice, show it anytime, use Next or Jump, or finish early and score only the work you attempted.

  • Full current line, always readable
  • Upcoming cue stays secondary
  • Jump to another scene point
  • Unattempted lines aren’t scored wrong

FEEDBACK YOU CAN USE

Know what landed—and what to try next.

Each report separates accuracy, pacing, and completion. Review recognized wording, missing or changed words, response time, retries, and skipped lines without made-up confidence or emotion scores.

Friendly prompts explore clarity, energy, pacing, and intention. Prototype examples are labeled honestly until live analysis is ready.

PRIVACY, CENTER STAGE

Your voice practice should feel private.

Current line matching uses Apple speech recognition on-device. Scene Partner does not send a child’s microphone audio to a hosted voice service. If saving is enabled, user-turn recordings stay local to the prototype.

Hosted neural playback is planned, not live. That future service is designed to receive only AI dialogue text—not microphone audio—and remains separate from this website.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before your first read-through.

Does Scene Partner record everything I say?

No. Speech matching currently happens on-device. You choose per rehearsal whether user-turn audio is saved locally or discarded after scoring.

What scripts can I use?

You can type or paste script text, import TXT files, and extract selectable text from PDFs. Word analysis and image-only PDF OCR are not live yet.

Are neural AI voices available?

Not yet. The prototype uses distinct Apple system voices today. Higher-quality hosted neural voices are in development.

Is it in the App Store?

Not yet. Scene Partner is an active iPad-first prototype, and the early-access list is coming soon.
